Tiny Hand Decoration

These sweet little ornaments are hand made in India from brass. This small gold-coloured pendant in the shape of a hand is in fact, an 'ex voto'. The use of ex voto is known in many religions and is more commonly referred to as a votive gift.They come on a matching loop of brass wire (not shown) so can be hung on the Christmas tree, but are flat and dainty enough to be added as a cute little tag to a gift. Not just for Christmas they add a decorative flourish all year round.
