Oversized Waxed Louis Coat - Sand

A Classic silhouette with an oversized twist.

The Sand colour-way is different to the ecru and black versions as it is made in a 'wet wax' cotton with its characteristic 'antique' semi-creased finish and requires slightly different care ( see below).  

It is the same classic Louis Coat - unlined with front slip pockets and a button-down fastening. Made in the North of England using water-resistant British wax cotton - it’s the coat you need for rainy cold days while staying cool and stylish.

CARE

Traditional wet waxed cotton should not be machine or hand washed with any detergents, as this will strip the wax coating off and may lead to uneven marks in the cloth. We recommend sponge cleaning the material with water, and mud/dirt should always be left to dry before being brushed off. The coat can be re-waxed at home using Halley Stevenson wax which is applied with a cloth and then left to dry.
