Made from a 55% cocoa dark chocolate, the Perles de Chocolat - or Chocolate Caviar - bring a melting texture and a subtle crunchy touch in the mouth. These small, round and shiny pearls keep Bélisaire Boissier's love for chocolate alive through a mix of tradition, modernity and indulgence.

Ingredients: Cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), sugar, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
Allergens: Milk. Possible traces of Nuts, Egg, Gluten.
Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a dry place between 16°C and 18°C, away from light.
