They seem trans-seasonal to us and would look as at home on a windowsill in winter as they would on a garden table in summer.
The built in saucer is there to catch the drips but also give them a charming Wee-Willie- Winkie vibe. The design is so simple that given a bit of time and the inevitable patina of age and the wax drips them we think it will be hard to know if they are from 2023 or 1623.
They take a full size candle and have a nice weight to them so won’t keel over.
