The Bordallo fish pitcher or Gluggle Jug is particularly decorative as unlike most the engraved scales, fin and face details are hand painted and glazed with a lovely palette of burgundy, black, cream, green and brown.
It is shaped in a traditional koi fish style, and the mouth-shaped pourer makes a very gratifying 'glug glug' sound when liquid is poured out.
