Delivery and Returns
UK Delivery
A standard delivery charge of £5.95 applies to orders under £100.
For orders over £100 delivery is free.
Delivery is tracked and confirmed and takes 4 – 7 working days. Express delivery on all orders is £8.95 and takes up 2 – 4 working days. A signature is required for this.
International Delivery
Delivery outside the UK is available; please email us for a quote following your order.
Brexit: Please take note of any customs or VAT charges which may be associated with your order upon arrival in your country.
Delivery Notification
When the order is dispatched confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
Returns
All items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
For clothing, please email help@pascalestore.co.uk to check your items are eligible for a return.
PASCALE reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable, or items which are returned after the initial 14 day period. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to PASCALE, unless your order was eligible for a free return.
PLEASE NOTE: if the value of goods returned causes your total order value to fall below our threshold for free delivery, our standard £5.95 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Goods
We take great care when packing and delivering your goods. If they reach you in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as you can (and no later than 14 days after delivery) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund which we will do on receipt of the item(s). We require a video, not photo, of any items broken, and in some circumstances the item returned to us before we will issue a refund. We may use software to check for the use of AI to generate any images or videos.
